The Thirtyseven4 Endpoint Security Console 7.6 now fully supports Mac OS Catalina version 10.15.5 and 10.15.7. (Virus Definition Date 10/9/2020 and above)


In order to install to the latest Mac Catalina update, you will need to upgrade the Thirtyseven4 Endpoint Security Console 7.6.

The following article details the necessary actions that are required for Thirtyseven4 to operate on the latest Mac OS Catalina 10.15.5 through 10.15.7.


For existing Users of Thirtyseven4 EPS 7.6 


If Thirtyseven4 EPS 7.6 Mac client is already installed on Mac OS 10.15.3 and earlier version and if you upgrade to Mac OS 10.15.4, 10.15.5, 10.15.6 , or 10.15.7, the following warning prompt appears.



For Fresh Installation of Thirtyseven4 EPS 7.6


 If you install the Thirtyseven4 EPS 7.6 Mac client on Mac OS 10.15.4, 10.15.5 or later version for the first time, the following alert prompt appears.



To make Thirtyseven4 EPS 7.6 Mac client  function  on macOS 10.15.4, 10.15.5, 10.15.6, or 10.15.7, perform the following. 


1. Click Open Security Preferences. 


2. Allow “Thirtyseven4, LLC” from the ‘System Preferences >> Security & Privacy’ tab 


3. Restart the system. 


Warning: If you do not follow this procedure, all protection levels of Mac client will be in the OFF mode exposing your system to threats.
