Due to some developmental changes with the Windows 10 Creator's update, for a brief time, Thirtyseven4 was not compatible with the latest Windows 10 Creator's update.
This change caused Thirtyseven4 to quarantine Windows 10 .dll files false positively upon installation to the new update.
We have released a fix via our daily updates, in April 2017, that has resolved this issue and is integrated into all version 7.0 and above.
If you are experiencing issues with this detection, we highly suggest upgrading to our latest Thirtyseven4 EPS console version.
For customers who are seeing this issue persist and are running version 7.0, you will need to update your installer files manually by downloading the following:
32 bit :-
http://updates.thirtyseven4.com/builds/2016/eps7.0/build/qhntdesk.exe
64 bit :-
http://updates.thirtyseven4.com/builds/2016/eps7.0/build/qhnt64.exe
Then replacing these files on the machine that hosts your EPS console under
C:/Program Files/Thirtyseven4/Thirtyseven4 Endpoint Security 7.0/Admin/web/build
Once replaced, please generate new Client Packagers to use for installation.
