Client Password:

If a client password becomes lost or forgotten, please log into your Endpoint Security Console and change the client password in your policy.

Administrator Password:

To recover the Admin password in version 7.0 or earlier, please access the machine that hosts the Thirtyseven4 Endpoint Security Console and navigate to


C:\Program Files (x86)\Thirtyseven4\Endpoint Security X.X\Admin\config


We will need the entire Config folder zipped and sent to Support@thirtyseven4.com for recovery.


In version 7.2 and above, when on the EPS console log in page, select Forgot Password. This will prompt you for the username and if you had your SMTP settings configured, you will receive an email with the new password after going through some recovery questions.



In the event the SMTP settings were not configured, a password recovery utility can be found at 

C:\Program Files (x86)\Thirtyseven4\Endpoint Security X.X\Admin\resetpwd.exe
