With Thirtyseven4 offering multiple products, there are specific methods to uninstalling the different products.
Thirtyseven4 EPS Console Clients:
1. Open the Thirtyseven4 EPS Console.
2. Go to Clients > Client Deployment.
3. Click on Remote Uninstall and select the clients you wish to Uninstall.
**For any instance in which the access to the Thirtyseven4 Endpoint Security Console is not possible, please submit a ticket for further assistance.
Thirtyseven4 Total Security:
1. On your desktop click on the Start button in the bottom left corner of the screen.
2. Then in the search bar please type in 'add or remove programs'.
3. You should see this option appear, click on it.
4. A list of programs will be displayed. Scroll down until you see Thirtyseven4 Antivirus.
5. Right-click on it and select Uninstall. This will take you through the uninstall wizard.
