When trying to update through the Thirtyseven4 EPS Console under Update Manager, if the notification fails, please follow these steps to resolve the issue:


1. On the machine hosting the Thirtyseven4 EPS Console, navigate to the desktop and press the Start icon.

2. In the search bar type "Services.msc" and press enter. This will open the services on the machine.

3. Stop and restart the following services: Agent Server X.x, Client Agent X.x.

4. Then navigate back to the desktop and go to Start > All Programs > Thirtyseven4 EPS X.x and click on Update Manager.

5. Once the application opens, press Update Now.

6. All the update definitions should come back with a green check mark.



*The Thirtyseven4 EPS Console may not immediately reflect the virus dates in the Update Manager application. However, as long as the definitions come back as updated in the Update Manager application, your clients will update correctly and the console will reflect the correct definitions shortly.
