** Please note: While possible, we do NOT recommend installing by the Thirtyseven4 EPS Client on drives other than the C: drive. **
Below are the steps to change the client installation path:
1. On Admin Console server system, open the folder ' C:/Program Files/Thirtyseven4Endpoint Security X.x/Adminwebbuild'.
2. Take a backup of the file 'clagnt.ini' and save it to some other location.
3. Open 'clagnt.ini'. The second line will be:
STR_CLIENTQH_INSTALLATION_PATH=%PROGRAMFILES%Thirtyseven4Thirtyseven4
*Making the default client installation path '%PROGRAMFILES%Thirtyseven4Thirtyseven4'.
4. If you want to change the path to say F drive then modify it as:
STR_CLIENTQH_INSTALLATION_PATH=F:
*Making the new client to be installed on the F drive.
5. Save the changes in 'clagnet.ini' file.
6. Click Start > Run > Thirtyseven4 EPS Console X.x > Client Packager to open Client Packager
7. Create new Client Packager.
8. Use this Client Packager to install Admin Console client to F:.
Once new client is installed please do not forget to revert the changes done.
9. Delete the new Client Packager that was used to install the client at new location (so that it won't be used on any other system).
10. On Admin Console server system, open folder ' C:/Program Files/Thirtyseven4Endpoint Security X.x/Adminwebbuild'.
11. Replace the modified 'clagnt.ini' file with the original (backed up) 'caupg.ini' file.
