When you create a client packager, while it's building it pulls the IP address of the machine it was created on for it's installation process so that the client can communicate back to the machine hosting the Thirtyseven4 EPS Console. When you move the Thirtyseven4 EPS Console to a new machine, it is now using a different IP address than the one being used by your client packager.
To resolve this issue, simply create a new client packager from the machine you moved the console to.
After this new client packager is created, you can now use it to deploy to your clients.
