Moving the Thirtyseven4 EPS console to another server is an automated process that will NOT require manually touching the client machine.
In order to begin the process of moving clients to look to a new EPS console, please download and install a Thirtyseven4 EPS console on the machine you would like to move your clients to.

Prior to redirecting the clients, you can import your Groups and Policies to the newly installed EPS console. To do so, Navigate to Clients > Manage Groups > Export. Then navigate to Clients > Manage Policies > Export. This will create two .db files that can be imported on the new console under Clients > Manage Groups > Import and Clients > Manage Policies > Import.
Once the new console is installed, you will need to access the old console and navigate to Admin Settings > Redirection.
This page will ask for the IP address of the machine the new console was installed on as well as the new console's client communication port.
** The client communication port is given during the installation of the new console.
Once both fields have been entered, you can select which clients you would like to move to the new console via Redirect selected clients or you can initiate the redirection for all clients as once. After configuring your redirection preference, press Apply.
Once applied, the consoles will begin moving your online clients from your old console to the new console.
This information will be used by all the clients to communicate with the new Thirtyseven4 EPS Console machine. Wait until all of the clients are moved to the new Admin Console before removing the old.
