If you are trying to install to Windows 10 machines, please open up your Thirtyseven4 EPS Console and look at the version number in the top left hand corner.
Windows 10 compatibility is available in version 6.3 and above.
To resolve this issue, all you need to do is upgrade your console to our latest version.
