In case you forgot the answers to your security questions, you can still unblock the device and reset the security questions by performing the following steps:
1.Tap Unblock.
2.Tap Forgot Code?
3.Select Security Questions and enter the valid answers for both the questions. If you enter wrong answers and tap Submit, Invalid Information screen appears.
4.Tap Forgot Answers?
5.Go to the link and obtain recovery code. Enter Recovery Code.
6.Tap Submit.
7.Reset Secret Code screen appears. Enter New Secret Code and Confirm it.
8.Tap Next.
9.Change Security Questions screen appears. Choose Questions and Answers.
10.Tap Save.
