The best way to deal with a virus is to follow these steps:
1. Open Thirtyseven4 Endpoint Security (Start > Type "Thirtyseven4"> Click "Thirtyseven4") or ( Bottom right of desktop doubleclick the Thirtyseven4 EPS icon in the system tray)
2. Click "Scan"
3. Run a "Full System Scan" and a "Memory Scan".
4. Once scans are complete, Go to “Tools” and click on “Launch AntiMalware”
5. Once scans are complete, Go to http://thirtyseven4.com/downloads.html
6. Scroll down until you see "Thirtyseven4 Free Virus Tools".
7. Download and run the tools coresponding to the virus at hand.
8. After the tools are finished, Go back to Thirtyseven4 Enpoint Security, click "Scan", and press " Boot Times Scan".
9. Reboot
